Embroidery involves a design being stitched into a garment using a computer driven embroidery machine. Typically a small logo might require 5,000 individual stitches!

We operate a fully integrated embroidery studio here at Bilko with the latest design software and embroidery machines to give the best possible results. With over 400 thread colours in stock, our multi head 15 colour machines can reproduce complex logos beautifully and Pantone matching is never a problem.

Our embroidery studio can produce 1,000 garments a day!
