Over the last few weeks, we've taken the time to review how we could offer to support our clients in a safe and responsible way. The Bilko team has been working remotely and this is continuing.

We have implemented numerous measures so we can operate the print studio and embroidery suite safely. Our number 1 priority is to keep all staff safe at all times and to protect the wider community.

The measures we have adopted include -

• Reorganising our production to ensure extended distancing in the workplace
• Provision of PPE to all staff on site
• Rigorous cleaning and hygiene procedures
• Flexible working patterns to ensure limited numbers of the team are on-site at any one time

With these measures now in place, we'll have a team on-site to carry out production without risk to their health and safety.

The wellbeing of our team, and the effect on the wider community remains our number one priority and we're constantly reviewing this to ensure we're working in a safe and controlled environment and meeting and exceeding all government guidelines.

Priority will be given to all orders for the NHS and key workers

Thank you to all our clients for your loyalty during these difficult times and although it’s not quite business as usual, we hope to be able to support you by resuming our service.
